Sneaker Headquarters operates exclusively online, with no physical storefronts in South Africa. This allows us to offer a wide selection to sneaker enthusiasts nationwide, without geographical limitations.

Are the products brand new or pre-owned?
We only sell premium, brand-new products. Each item is checked to ensure it meets our high standards before being added to the store, so you can trust that everything you purchase is in top condition.

If you need a different size, simply email our Customer Support team at info@sneakerhq.co with the subject line “EXCHANGE.” Please note that exchanges are currently only processed for sizing issues, not for any other reasons.

How do I return a product for a refund?

How do you deliver?
We use PostNet or Aramax for deliveries, and shipping typically takes 3–7 working days from the dispatch date. You can track your order using the link we send once your package is on its way.
